- Baalaji Exports is using a varieties of fabrics – Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Pique, Feeder & Auto Stripes, Jacquards, with Lycra, flat knit collars, waffle, Fleece, Fur fabric, Poly viscose, Velure, Bamboo, Thermal ,Engineering Stripes, etc.,in all gauge and feeders.
- San-V band knife cutting machine 2nos and One CAD System and lay cutting machines are put to extensive use in the cutting unit.
- We have the best in class sewing machines from JUKI. A strong Infrastructure enables us to meet the customers requirements even before the proposed deadline. Our Stitching unit have Juki machines 150nos and our production capacity is 2,50,000 Basic styles pcs (1,50,000 Hi-Style pcs) per month.
- The finished garment is then subject to a thorough
check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect
is not overlooked. Pressing is the last phase of
production
of the garment, which is also done with latest machines.
